CST rubber tire with CST inner tube. Inner tube only available in the catalogue as well. The tube is 9", but it is suitable replacement for original 8.5 inch tubes.

Please make sure you pump inner tubes before installation to check if there was no damage during delivery.

We recommend using cable tie technique when mounting the tire. Squeeze half of the tire (the side with inner tube's valve on) and mount it first with your hands. Then pull the rest with suitable tire lever. Once done, remove cable ties with pliers. Go around the rim and press the tire from different angles to make sure it's in place.

    Delivery

    All orders placed before 8 am (CET) will be shipped out on a same day. We do hold most of our spare parts in fulfilment warehouse with 12 PM cut off (CET) so you might receive your parts faster than expected.

    Please email us at info@mybestscooter.eu if you would like to know when your order will be delivered, otherwise you will receive fulfilment notification on the day of dispatch.

    We only ship Monday through Friday. Any in-stock orders placed Friday through Sunday will ship the following Monday. We do not ship out during public holidays.

    EU Deliveries

    We provide free delivery for all of our EU customers when order value is higher than 79.99 EUR. For lower value orders, postage is calculated at the checkout and depends on the total order value (postage charges go lower progressively).

    We will always use trusted couriers such as DPD, UPS, GLS, etc. and all orders will be fully insured, tracked and professionally packed by the fulfilment warehouse.

    Please note: surcharge for remote areas might apply. 

    Normal delivery schedule and couriers used:
    • Poland (DPD, GLS) - 24 hours
    • Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Lithuania (DPD, DHL) - 2 working days
    • Spain (Envialia) -  4-6 working days
    • Belgium, Holland, United Kingdom (DPD, Bpost, PostNL, DPD, Royal Mail) - 2-3 days
    • Austria, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Luxemburg (DPD) - 2-3 working days
    • France, Italy (Colissimo, SDA) - 4-6 working days
    • Denmark, Sweden, Ireland, Finland (DPD) - 3-4 working days
    • Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia (DPD) - 4-6 working days
    • Cyprus, Malta (FedEx) - 2-3 working days, not included in free shipping promotion (any order fee is 39.99 EUR).

    Worldwide Orders

    Currently we do not offer shipping outside mainland EU. 

    Cancellations

    If you change your mind while the order is still in progress, please email us as soon as possible at info@mybestscooter.eu. Make sure to include your order number in the subject.

    We will be able to cancel your order only if it was not dispatched yet. Please note that for most spare parts orders we use fulfilment providers and transaction cannot be cancelled due to automatic process.

     

    Returns

    If you change your mind and would like to return a product purchased from myBESTscooter, you may ask to do so within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund (to your original form of payment only). Please contact us at info@mybestscooter.eu if you would like to start the return process, quoting your order number and the reason for returning.

    Normally, all returns for non-defective reasons are subject to a restocking fee up to 30% (to cover the loss of value of the goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you). Returned products must be undamaged, clean, and in otherwise new condition with no missing contents.

    For all 'changed mind' returns shipping must be prepaid and insured. Any shipping charges incurred when returning product to myBESTscooter are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is returned because of defective reasons.

    Additionally, if you choose to use our return label (supplied with each package), total fee of 9,99 EUR will apply.
